1. Introduction

Beyonds Logic("we", "us", or "our") is a software solutions provider based in Lahore, Pakistan. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy applies to our website and our software services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact information you provide voluntarily (name, email address, phone number, and business details) when you contact us.
  • Usage data automatically collected when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit timing).
  • Customer communications data that we process on behalf of our clients when they use our messaging and booking management tools. This data is processed strictly as a service provider in accordance with our clients' instructions and the policies of Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality and user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide support
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our software services
  • Communicate important updates (when requested)
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

  • With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, etc.) who are bound by confidentiality
  • With Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) solely to provide the requested service
  • With Jobber when a client connects their Jobber account, solely as described in Section 6 below
  • When required by law or government request
  • In case of a business merger or acquisition (with proper safeguards)

5. Use of Meta Platforms

Our service may interact with Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram) on behalf of our clients to help them manage customer messages and appointments. All data accessed via Meta APIs is used only for the purposes authorized by the client and in full compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. Jobber Integration

Beyonds Logic's booking and messaging software may connect to Jobber when a service business chooses to link its Jobber account. This section explains how we use Jobber's API.

Only the business owner or an authorized user can connect their Jobber account through Jobber's OAuth authorization flow. Each business may only connect and access its own Jobber account. We do not access any Jobber account unless it has been explicitly connected by the business.

When authorized via OAuth, we may access and process limited Jobber data necessary to provide scheduling and booking services, including:

  • Account information (such as account name and identifier) to identify the connected Jobber account
  • Clients and properties to find or create customer records before booking
  • Jobs and visits to read availability, create appointments, and update or cancel bookings when requested through our service
  • Schedule updates via webhooks to keep booking and visit data synchronized with Jobber changes

We use Jobber data only to provide booking, scheduling, customer communication, and workflow automation features for the business that connected their account.

This includes showing available appointment times from the connected Jobber calendar, creating or updating clients, jobs, and visits when bookings are confirmed or modified through connected channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, phone, or other supported communication channels), and keeping schedules synchronized with Jobber using webhooks.

We do not sell Jobber data or use it for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

When a user connects Jobber, we receive OAuth access and refresh tokens. These tokens are stored in encrypted form and used only to access the authorized Jobber account. We automatically refresh tokens as required.

When a user disconnects Jobber from our application, we immediately delete stored tokens and stop all API access to the connected Jobber account.

When customers communicate through connected channels, we may process message content on behalf of the business. If a booking is created or updated as a result, relevant data may be written to Jobber.

Use of Jobber is subject to Jobber's own terms, privacy policy, and platform rules. Beyonds Logic is an independent application and is not affiliated with or operated by Jobber.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Jobber OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect the integration.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.

9. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date.
